Mary Beth Singleton was really nice
Mary Beth Singleton was really nice. I left Elephant for Bristol West 'cause another Elephant employee was mean. Started chat with Mary Beth, net went out, she called back to say sorry. That was nice. Called her again, got old contract back. Mary Beth needs more money, she's good at talking to customers. I'd hire her!

Dere was actually a real person to talk to who could provide the information needed. U reduced my rate due to being a good driver. So far, I like elephant insurance. U guys are doing a good job.

We were expecting to get the claim
We were expecting to get the claim specialist car damage report for my husband's car today, but unfortunately, it didn't come through. This was quite inconvenient for us, especially since we've been paying for rental car insurance that we couldn't utilize. As a result, we had to fork out money to rent a car instead. This was a new experience for us, and not a pleasant one. Our experience with Elephant Insurance has left us feeling quite disappointed.
