I have been lucky to work with McClain for many years.

I have been lucky to work with McClain for many years. I had auto insurance with them when I was younger but ended up leaving for a while. Now, we have come back to McClain for both our homeowner’s and auto policies and we're so happy to be back! Claudia is such a wonderful person. She takes the time to answer all of our (many) questions and always makes us feel like we are family. Her kindness is unmatched, and her genuine care for us is clear. I never thought I would look forward to talking about insurance, but after speaking with Claudia, I can't help but smile. She has a warmth that’s rare to find. Nick, our main agent, is also fantastic. He’s a man of his word who always calls when he says he will, reminds me to act when needed, and explains everything clearly. He even laughs at my jokes (which is a big deal). We’re never leaving again. McClain will be our insurance partner forever. We're very thankful to have them in our corner!

I worked in the insurance industry for 30 years and have never found an Insurance agency more professional, more personable and more efficient than Claudia McClain Insurance in Everett. I worked for one of the larger insurers in the state in a competitive intelligence capacity so came across a lot of insurance providers over the years. However this agency had been the only one to thank me for my business and proactively contact me each year for an annual review of all my 7 personal Lines policies. Nick is also a star - very knowledgeable and quick to respond to any query and address any needs. They even have an earthquake insurance specialist who helped us get eq insurance on a rental unit when the building didn’t have insurance. I recommend them very highly

After being clients for over 22 years, we've always been satisfied with the way they've handled any claims we've had.
