The response I got was, "If your gym equipment's model # matches the part #, it should fit." Despite sensing a hefty price tag and being unable to find them in Canada, I reluctantly ordered. Each one set me back a little over $19.00 US, plus a $50.00 US shipping fee (for regular shipping, mind you). Then, throw in a $22.34 Canadian charge for a Customs broker. Grand total: $145.00 in Canadian dollars. I desperately needed these parts, so I bit the bullet and made the order. But here's the kicker – they DON'T FIT. Now, returning them and hoping for the right size (if they even have it) would just dig me into a deeper hole. My advice? Steer clear of this company. You might luck out with the right part, but I certainly didn't. Buyer beware – what you get might not be what you need.

Don't buy from this company. I gave them my equipment's model number, and they sent me the manual that matches it. But the parts they sent from China didn't work as promised. I checked the original manual and found out the parts they advertised were incorrect. Even after showing them pictures and facts, they insisted I was wrong. They also demanded the serial number of the equipment, even though I was never asked for it when I bought it, just the model number. The equipment is almost 20 years old, and the sticker was faded, so I couldn't find the serial number. They refused to resolve it and said they'd charge a restocking fee, even though the parts don't fit the right model. If they had called me, I think we could have sorted it out, but they only emailed me and were short, abrupt, and unhelpful.

FRP's customer service lacked responsiveness and refused assistance. Disappointing considering the significant investment. Don't buy from this company. They advertise that they have the parts that you need, send you the wrong parts, then send you through hell when trying to return the wrong items that THEY sent you for a refund. On top of that they want to charge you a re-stocking fee for their screw-ups. Trying to communicate with them is futile as they continue to send the same redundant message about how they could not meet your needs because "you did not send us the model number of your equipment", which I have sent to them with pics 4 times. It's all a scam to take your money. Caveat emptor!
