I don't even know where to start. I feel like I could write a story on how happy I am with the Bellicon. My biggest regret is how long I waited to purchase one. I had debated for a couple of years, but worried it wasn't worth the money. I now know it's worth every penny and then some. Previously, I had a used rebounder I got from Craigslist. I had no idea the differences in rebounders until I got my Bellicon. The Bellicon is like jumping on a cloud. The bounce is so smooth, comfortable, and fun. I get giddy every morning before I am about to do a workout. Previously, it seemed like such a chore to rebound. I only mildly enjoyed, and if I used my old rebounder for more than 30 minutes, it hurt my back and feet. I have used my Bellicon every day since purchasing it for 45 minutes plus, and have no soreness at all. I also want to mention the customer service I received from Katie was exceptional. After I placed my order I decided to change the color of my bungees. There was a slight delay in Katie's response, so because of it, she expedited my order. My Bellicon arrived hours before a historic snowfall fell upon us. If she had not done that, most likely I would have to wait another week for it to be delivered. Instead, I am happily jumping in front of the window while looking at all the snow piled up outside. Your hardest decision should not be if you are going to get a Bellicon, because you must, but it should be what color to choose for your bungees and mat ring.

Much more comfortable for sit-ups and leg lifts compared to doing them on the floor. The bungee cords are showing some wear and tear, but I plan on swapping them out for the sturdier ones. I'd suggest occasionally rotating the cords to ensure even wear and tear, extending their lifespan. Dealing with their customer service was a smooth experience – professional, responsive, and quite helpful. Don't forget to explore their accessories; those trampoline socks are a game-changer!

I suggest going for the extra strong option if you need a higher weight limit. I'm 5'4" and 135 lbs, and I use it for jogging daily. My granddaughters (ages 12, 9, 8, and 7) like using it for quick indoor exercises (though not all at once). I also opted for the bigger mat, which is ample space for older users.

I've owned Bellicon trampolines since around 2016. However, something seems different with the company lately. When I call customer service, no one picks up, and leaving a message doesn't lead to a callback. Submitting an inquiry gets a response after several days, if at all. Recently, my trampoline mat ripped under warranty. I called customer service multiple times, but it always claimed high volume and eventually disconnected. Leaving a message didn't yield any results. Emails to customer service went unanswered. Eventually, I reached someone through Facebook messenger, who was polite and helpful. It was only then that I heard back from customer service. They sent a replacement mat with a new design, but the plastic holding onto the bungees broke within two weeks. Now, I'm trying to get a replacement for the mat that was just replaced. Bellicon used to be a great company, but it seems like they are cutting costs, and both customer service and product quality have suffered.
