Terrible experience. I rented a car yesterday to travel home for the holidays. I paid for the "premium" insurance, which ended up costing almost $2500. After driving it a short distance to my apartment, I discovered this morning that the left rear tire was totally flat. When I contacted them, they told me it's my problem and they won’t cover the cost. They insisted that I need to arrange and pay for the repair myself. I’ve spent the whole day trying to find a company that can tow the car and fix it. Now I’m missing out on time with my family. I can’t believe this company operates like this.
