My experience with the company
My experience with the company was quite disappointing. When I picked up my first car, I immediately noticed the oil/service lamp was on, so the car had to be switched. Then, with the second car, there was a tire pressure warning lamp, which I assumed meant it had been checked but not reset. After driving 300 miles, I found a nail in the tire, and the pressure was dangerously low. I tried calling the provided number multiple times over three days, leaving several messages, but no one answered or called back.
When I contacted the head office, they were too busy to take my call and directed me to write an email. I ended up wasting half a day of my time visiting my family to have the tire repaired and paid for it myself. When I returned the car on Sunday evening, the customer service representative was apologetic and promised a refund, but I'm still waiting for it.
To add to the frustration, I realized on Monday morning that I had left my expensive sunglasses in the car, which was my responsibility. Despite calling several times and having my sister check on Tuesday, nothing was found. It's disappointing that you can't trust your coworkers. Overall, my experience with the company was far from satisfactory.
