I must express my sincere gratitude to the CFG group for their exceptional service during a critical moment. Apologies for the delay in sharing this review, as the circumstances surrounding it were quite profound. While vacationing on a remote island in the Bahamas on 12/9/2023, our family received distressing news about my father-in-law's severe stroke, leaving little hope for recovery. Facing the challenge of finding swift transportation back to the states with limited commercial options, I reached out to various charter flight providers at an unconventional hour, 3:00 a.m. Incredibly, Alex from CFG promptly responded later that morning, assuring us that he would secure a flight for us. Remarkably, by 11:00 a.m., a flight had been arranged, and we were set to depart from Long Island Bahamas on a direct flight to Miami by 1:30 PM. This prompt and efficient response allowed us to return in time for my wife to bid farewell to her father. Throughout the entire process, the CFG group demonstrated unwavering professionalism and genuine concern. I extend my heartfelt thanks to everyone involved for their support during such a challenging time. Should the need for charter services arise in the future, CFG will undoubtedly have my business. Thank you for your outstanding service!

In February 2024, I faced a dilemma moving from Arizona to Washington with my large Labrador. A friend recommended CFG for a private jet service. Opting for their services last June proved to be a memorable decision. The assistance at the small Wickenburg airport and the care provided to my dog, "Puppy," were noteworthy. Recently, I chose CFG again for a winter vacation in Arizona. Despite the significant cost, the experience was worthwhile, especially for an 80-year-old with a handicap seeking a lifetime adventure with reliable care and assistance. Thanks to the CFG crew for their support.

CFG is really nice and handles

CFG is really nice and handles things professionally. They adjusted easily when my plans changed and sorted out new flights. The pilots were helpful with my Yellow Lab and bags, making sure everything went smoothly. They made sure I knew all the safety rules and checked if I was okay. When I left, my Jeep was right there, all my stuff was loaded, and the gas tank was filled. I left feeling happy with the whole experience.

Wow, these folks really did a great job! We were exhausted from back-to-back business meetings and ended up missing our flight. But they quickly arranged a ride for us and the pilots were all set when we reached the fbo. Special thanks to Anna Foy for assisting us, even though we were a bit grouchy in the early morning. David was realy helpful wih our very short-notice booking. The upgraded aircraft was perfect for our group and the crew were professional and courteous. We opted to have a lunch catered and were told pricing was not available, we ordered sandwiches and some salads for $500 and our passengers said the food was not very good for the cost. But the flight and booking process were fantastic and we will absolutely work with CFG again soon.
