Biberk is my nightmare
Wow, dealing with Biberk Insurance has been a nightmare. I needed a certificate from them and it took forever, like a week or more. I've had experiences with other insurance companies and none of them were this slow. Honestly, it's been such a hassle and it's starting to affect my business. I'm losing patience and customers because of their slow service. Definitely gonna switch to another insurance company that can get things done quicker. This is just not acceptable.

I used to think this
I used to think this company was solid until Hurricane Hellein hit us hard. The storm caused $140,000.00 worth of damage to our place. When we reached out for help, they just vanished. They only offered $9000.00, which is nowhere near enough to cover the damages. Now we're stuck dealing with lawyers. It's frustrating because you put so much into your business, but when you really need support, they fail. Seriously, be careful if you ever need them in a crisis.

Man, feels like a scam
Man, feels like a scam to me. At first, they showed a super cheap price, which looked great. But once I got into the policy, the cost just skyrocketed. I added another vehicle and upped my coverage, and suddenly my monthly went from $700 to $4500. That’s insane! How can anyone afford that, especially if you're just starting out with a business? The whole thing seems really sketchy and unfair. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.

I’ve been trying to reach
I’ve been trying to reach Premium Support for ages now because they told me I had to submit some document right away or my premium would go through the roof. But no matter how many times I call, I can’t get anyone to pick up, not even the guy who sold me the policy. This whole thing is driving me crazy. Seriously, the service is just terrible. Feels like I’m shouting into a void. Such a nightmare.
