My year-long association with them for an E&O policy turned sour when a surprise audit was demanded on my firm's revenues, never disclosed initially. I explicitly requested coverage for a specific business segment, which the advisor approved. However, a year later, I was informed that this was against their policy. Canceling the policy exposed their unprofessionalism, as my account was handed over to rude and inappropriate collection attorneys, who even contacted my wife's employer. Such conduct is utterly unacceptable and warrants caution for potential clients.

Even my bond company outpaces biBERK, efficiently completing all required new bonds in just 2 hours. Shifted all my business to ACI for reliable efficiency.

Kizzy Lee's unprofessionalism is glaring, marked by zero effort and abysmal communication. The initially provided estimate proved laughable, failing to cover essential paint costs. Despite multiple support escalations, the response has been dishearteningly non-existent. My skepticism has reached a peak, leading me to pursue commercial claim action. Avoid this company at all costs; it's reminiscent of the infamous 2007 Comcast debacle.
