    A Scam

    I had a problem with Microsoft 365, when I tried contacting Microsoft Ask an expert popped up instead. I was told I would be charged $1 so I asked my question and what I got was a list of the same things I had already tried. When My account was billed I was billed $55. Instead of a one time charge of $1 they have continued to charge my account $55 a month and I have not been able to find away to stop their billing.

    Not what it says it is.

    It starts off saying u pay $1 and then you look at your bank account and see a $46 charge everyone. When I tried to cancel they try to get u again with the $1 fee. Been trying to reach them and I get the same thing every time which leads to nothing happening. So I will have to talk to the bank to stop payment on this.

    I'm extremely disappointed

    I'm extremely disappointed with this company. They initially enticed me with a $1.00 fee but ended up charging me $46.00. I tried to get my bank to reverse the charge, and it seemed like it worked, but now the money is gone from my Bank of America account without any record of the transaction. It's incredibly frustrating and feels like I've been scammed. These people should be punished for their deceitful actions. Scammers are the worst!

    Deceiving, I’ve been scammed.

    Had an issue with my phone and thought I was speaking to Samsung in Australia. I was advised a technician would answer my query. The cost would be $2.00. I had to give my bank details at that point. The tech person was unable to help, (I finally fixed it myself). I am now getting AUS $66 a month deducted from my account. My bank are disputing it on my behalf as the company claim they can’t stop it. At no stage was I aware I was speaking to this company.

    SCAMMERS

    Beware of these people. Charged $1 for one question & then noticed that another $49 had been taken from my account. They say that this is refundable if you cancel the subscription. However they cannot be contacted to cancel this so called subscription which I never wanted or asked for & it appears they will continue to charge bank account on a monthly basis. Only way is to cancel bank account /cards as they are scammers.

    Tech nailed it – A+ performance

    Tech nailed it – A+ performance, no complaints. Pearl, the "receptionist" (if that's her gig), did her thing, all good. But here's the rub: The company's policy of squeezing out my payment info before even showing me what they offer and how much? Not cool. Feels like they're holding all the cards, deciding prices behind closed doors. Not exactly a level playing field, you know? That policy's the glitch that's holding back the gold star.

    Robert was really nice and understood my concern. He patiently explained everything and even requested photos of my washer to better understand the issue and assist me. We're almost done fixing the problem (the spin cycle takes a while to complete, which was the issue), and he said I can contact him again if it doesn't finish.
