The service was okay, but the system software could use some improvements. The technician, Andy, was helpful, though the process was confusing. I had multiple screens pop up while trying to communicate with him, and then I was asked to rate him right in the middle of the conversation. I wasn't sure where to give my answer, and I kept receiving email notifications during the whole thing. Andy did his job well, but the software just makes things more complicated.

What a total scam!

A charge of $1.00 and then $55.00 showed up on our credit card. We couldn't figure it out and disputed it with Discover. Meanwhile less than a month later, another $55.00 charge showed up! When I called Askanexpert, they said I had made a return and I had asked [them] a question. I had no clue what she was talking about - and then she mentioned the word Bubbler. That day I had contacted Sam's Club about a damaged shipment I had received of Bubblers. How would she know that?? She said I had emails that showed I had asked a question (a Home Improvement question, no less! about that delivery) and by asking - I had signed up for their membership because I couldn't ask a question without being a member!!! What ?!?! Meanwhile, she said they had been sending me emails explaining the membership that I had signed up for - but of course they went to my spam mail so I never saw them. How can you end up with a membership that you never asked for and didn't even know existed?? And of course she refused to refund any of the so-called membership so we're out the $110. What a racket! Be careful with any pop-up screens that happen when you're using websites. I try to be - but this one got past me. Ugh!!
