American Alarm is really good.
American Alarm is really good. Fast response time. Thier technician arrived quickly and was very helpful, explaining all details clearly. He tested many ways to fix our issue. So kind and knew a lot. We have a tough wireless area. He trief everything possible and stayed until we felt sure and happy with the result. A strong reliable company that’s not easy to find!

After the first time they changed the battery
After the first time they changed the battery, the alarm kept showing a warning for the back door going into the garage. On this last visit, the worker swapped it with a battery that handles cold better. Thanks for fixing the problam.

Ray, the service person, was quick to figure out what was needed and got the repairs done fast. A huge plus, he showed up exactly when he said he would. I'm now using the system without any issues. Thanks a lot!

I recently had someone come out to the house for two tasks
I recently had someone come out to the house for two tasks: (i) To move a wire that had been left exposed after removing an outside glass door and replacing it with a regular door. The fee of over 1,000 dollars for just repositioning the wire seemed pretty high. (ii) To fix a problem with the original setup that caused the kitchen smoke alarm to go off and not turn off. This led to the fire department coming out, and they also couldn’t get the alarm to stop. It caused us to lose more than half a day’s work. The system has been working fine since the repair.
