Ik had nooit eerder van deze website gekocht, maar het ging gemakkelijk met Klarna, het artikel kwam snel en was precies zoals geadverteerd. De prijs was een paar kronen meer dan andere websites, maar de verzending was gratis en dus was het hier het goedkoopst. Ik stuurde hen een e-mail toen ik niet onmiddellijk een orderbevestiging per e-mail kreeg (zoals je vaak krijgt), en ze reageerden snel met de uitleg. Tevreden en zal hier weer kopen.

This be my second time buyin' a phone case from INF. First time, I be not takin' my clumsiness seriously and broke it in 2 days. This time I go for the 'heavy duty' one, and boy, they ain't jokin'! Even I might not break this one. It be sturdy, good quality, and look nice, all for just 190NOK! Plus, I get it exactly one week after I order it, which be amazin' where I live, 'cause usually mail be slow. Perfect online shoppin'!

The company got the product to me fast, in just 3 days. But, sadly, it doesn't work like they said it would. I got it to charge my Samsamg watch, but it doesn't do the job. Even though the charge light comes on when it's connected, my watch stays dead with zero power.

I ordered an iPhone 16 Pro from this seller, but I only received an iPhone 15 case instead. Even though there is a clear mistake in the contract, the seller only offered me a refund, even though I asked for the correct item to be delivered. The seller tried to claim it was a supposed "description error," which I cannot accept since the purchase agreement is valid. The way the seller handled my complaint was unprofessional and caused unnecessary delays. I would not recommend this seller, as they show no willingness to meet their contractual obligations.
