At first, I wasn’t sure about ordering

At first, I wasn’t sure about ordering from this company since they seem new in the market. But after checking their reputation and talking to their sales rep, Sunny, I decided to give it a try. I was happy that my sofa arrived right before Thanksgiving, just about a week after I placed my order. Even though the delivery service came earlier than expected, I was still pleased that it came quickly, especially around such a busy time of year. We didn’t choose the white glove service, so we moved and assembled the sofa ourselves. Having a dolly and power drill was really helpful. All parts were included, even a free dresser drawer! There was a small issue with one section of the sofa being a bit damaged at the bottom, but it wasn’t something that seemed to affect its use. My husband, who handled the setup, mentioned that not all of the steel legs lined up with the holes properly, so he could only secure three out of four screws for each leg, but they still felt solid. The leather looked good and felt smooth. This sofa was a gift for my elderly parents, and they said it felt firm but comfortable. Even though I had some doubts about the quality and delivery based on other reviews, I’m glad to say that my experience was quite positive.

I purchased a couch and a chair. The color matched exactly and they are very cozy. There’s a minor issue where the cushions do get a bit wrinkled. Sunny from Customer Service was great and quick to assist! She addressed all my inquiries and arranged for the delivery of the chair and couch to my second floor apartment. I would suggest this company!

I was unsure at first, and my sofa did take longer than I thought to get here (which is normal for large furniture orders in my experience), but the customer service always got back to me in less than a day with answers to my questions and was quite helpful. The delivery went well, and the sofa looks great and is strong. For my second order, I got the matching ottoman, which showed "limited stock," but it shipped in just about 48 hours. Can't be mad at that! It's set to come in a few days!

I wasn’t sure about ordering from this place, but they had the couch I needed so I decided to try. Shipping took around 6 weeks, but whenever I contacted customer service, they replied quickly. I’ve had the couch for close to a year now and still really like it. It’s very comfy and matches the pictures perfectly. The only downside is I wish it included back cushions, so we asked customer service and they said they can make cushions for an extra cost, but they’ve been very kind.

Fantastic company to buy your couches from!!! I'm so happy with my new Aalto Boutique Boucle White Feathers Sectional × 1 Boucle White / Facing Right / 110 inch couch. The material is great and the couch is super comfy. My friends came over to try it out and they loved it. Thanks for keeping in touch with me from the start of my order with updates. It did take a bit long, but they warned me before buying. Still, I recommend them.

Great customer service.

Great customer service. They responded to all my emails very fast. Shipping was well organized. They kept me updated on the delivery. The assembly was simple once it got here. The only problem was that there were no instructions saying that only three screws were needed for the metal feet, even though there are four holes.

I wish it were a bit softer, the cushions are quite flat, and could use more stuffing. It's also pretty close to the floor. But it looks good and was well priced!

It looks nice but isn’t very useful. It’s too low, and the cushion hits your back in the middle, making it uncomfortable to relax. If you fall asleep, your neck will ache from constantly moving. The armrest pillows keep falling off. Finding a comfy spot is hard. It’s more for style than comfort.
