A substantial portion of my correspondence has gone missing, leading to the need to reach out to insurance companies to halt payments for checks that were supposedly sent but never reached me. This has introduced unnecessary complications in managing my business operations. The latest incident involved contacting optum to stop payment on a check mailed out on 1/03/2024, almost two months ago, which I never received.
Moreover, I experienced a situation where a package remained in my mailbox for two months before being forwarded. When I called for assistance, I spent an hour on the phone, only to be told that the package was undeliverable. However, the post office contradicted this information, confirming that the package was present in my mailbox during our conversation. Snap has significantly impacted my business, causing substantial harm and unwarranted stress. Using this service has proven to be a decision I now regret.
