Paid for nothing

I ordered a bracelet from this company in September 2024 as a Christmas gift for my step daughter. I paid $40/$50 for it. It's now Match 2025 and I still have not received the item. When I've inquired about it they basically have blown me off by saying "it's processing" or "I'll look into it". DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! SCAM!

I ordered two items at the start of November, but I still haven’t received them. They suggested I visit the Post Office to pick them up, or I could pay extra for shipping and they would resend the items. I’m not going to do that and I won’t buy from them again. I really wish I had checked these reviews before making a purchase.

I placed an order for a ring on 11/24/24, and as of 1/14/25, I still haven’t received it. The shipping update shows it was in Tennessee since 12/31/24. I’ve already contacted the BBB and am now considering legal action. All I get from them is that it’s in transit, which is not helpful at all. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I got a reply, and they sent my bracelets again, but they are still wrong. They are just like the first ones I got. It claims a 30-day money baaack guarantee. I requested a refund. No answer so far. I will NOT use this company again. I feel cheated!

Where's my ring at, and where's the shipping info? I shot them an email with the product number, and it's like my message got lost in the void – no response whatsoever. Not exactly the smooth shopping experience I was hoping for.

My daughter and I purchased rings from this store. I think I got March-April-September and hers was February-September-March. Unfortunately, the colors on both don't look quite right.

The "charm" is like paper-thin – totally fine if you're shopping for a kiddo, but for a 50-year-old? Nah. Major letdown, seriously disappointed.
