I placed an order with Whole Foods a few hours before my scheduled 8 to 10 delivery window. Noticed I didn't need one item and required two more. Couldn't remove the unwanted item or add the needed ones without it creating a new order with an $8.95 delivery fee for the same time slot. Spent an hour trying to reach customer service, but they were unhelpful. Unsure how to get credit for the unwanted item. I've been an Amazon customer for years and usually find it easy to resolve issues, but perhaps Whole Foods orders have different customer service standards.

Although there are several positive aspects, WF has some noticeable issues, particularly when you look closely at the nutrition labels – especially in the WF Bakery section. The sugar content (while we understand that many people enjoy sweet treats, it's way too high in many of the items.) It's possible to create products like pies without so much sugar. Whole grains should, in my opinion, be a standard for a company called Whole Foods.

    Jus' went to Richmond

Jus' went to Richmond WFM for 3 coffees, no line, but the lady makin' the coffees cared more 'bout talkin' to a guy than servin' us. But when she did, the coffees were good!

I called the North Van store to order pizza for pickup. I spoke with two different employees who didn’t seem to know how to handle my order, then someone from the pizza department took over. She put me on hold several times to check if they had basic things like mushrooms. When we arrived at 7 pm as scheduled, the pizzas were only slightly warm, and they had no cheese at all! Very disapointing experience.

The North Vancouver Lonsdale store really

The North Vancouver Lonsdale store really let me down. They're not good for produce. I asked two workers, one in produce and one in customer service, to fix some wilted lettuce. Instead of helping, they said Whole Foods throws away or donates bad food instead of selling it.

Your Penne pasta does not cook properly

Your Penne pasta does not cook properly following the suggested instructions. It takes longer than expected and ends up mushy. I am not happy with the quality of this product!!!
