I tried loads of diets and workouts over my life.
by Gregor

I tried loads of diets and workouts over my life. Atkins, Low-Carb, and intermittent Fasting. Also did P90X, P90X3 (3 times), and cycling. Nutrisystems was the easiest and quickest way to lose weight, and I'm now 67 years old. I began at 220, aimed for 195. Haven't been under 200 for 15 years. Reached the goal thanks to portions, exercise, and food quality. This is one diet that works, just like the ads say. All you need is the discipline to stick with it.

I lost 40 lbs.
by Susan

I lost 40 lbs. Nutrisystem food tasty, few not good. Tried teriyaki chicken/noodles, definitely reorder. 3rd or 4th time with Nutrisystem, pleased. Chicken enchiladas, stuffed shells horrible, too much on shells, sauce bad, enchiladas nasty. Overall, Nutrisystem 4 1/2 rating.

I tried Nutrisystem about 2 years back
by Linda I

I tried Nutrisystem about 2 years back and recently wanted to shed a few more pounds. I used to like their food and service, but things have changed drastically. The customer service reps I interacted with this time seemed uninterested in helping or answering questions. Although I knew how orders worked from my previous experience, this time, when I tried to delay my second order through the automated system, it didn't work. Despite calling customer service immediately after receiving the shipping email, they said nothing could be done even though the order hadn't been fulfilled yet. Even when I asked to speak to a supervisor, nobody seemed concerned. I informed them I would refuse the order upon arrival, but they remained indifferent. Eventually, I refused both the dry and frozen orders and still got charged over $300. I attempted to resolve it through my bank, but they were also unhelpful. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Nutrisystem. There are likely other companies out there that value your business and are more willing to assist.

Honestly, this company offers
by Anonymous

Honestly, this company offers bland food in packages. Cancelling online isn't possible. They claim to have a text chat for help, but it's just a bot using FAQs. When you call, expect to wait on hold. I've been waiting 40 minutes because I want to cancel. They'd probably pick up faster if I pretended to be a new customer. Avoid this and try losing weight on your own.

Didn't get a heads-up about the second
by Anonymous

Didn't get a heads-up about the second delivery. When I rang up, they said I'd be dinged $520 for the grub plus a $425 cancellation fee. No luck reaching the manager. The food's got too many carbs, and no weight loss happened. Can't shake off their emails.

Nutrisystem's advertising practices
by Bobby

Nutrisystem's advertising practices are misleading, creating a false impression of discounts. Canceling an order proves cumbersome, requiring a phone call, where representatives persistently discourage cancellation. Adding insult to injury, an undisclosed $125 cancellation fee lurks in the shadows, leaving a bitter taste in the overall customer experience.

I had an unfavorable experience with Fresh N' Lean's cancellation policy
by Paul Swales

I had an unfavorable experience with Fresh N' Lean's cancellation policy, imposing a $125 fee if canceled after the 1st shipment and before the second month's order. Dealing with customer service during this process was unpleasant. It's essential for potential customers to be aware of these policies, as they significantly impact the overall experience and satisfaction with the service.
