We never tried a custom puzzle before so we were kinda unsure about the quality. After some looking, we picked VenusPuzzle and the reviews were good. We’re really glad with our puzzle! The photo and puzzle are great! Pieces fit well together. Really glad with our buy and would buy again. Only thing is, pieces for a 500 piece puzzle (which we got) are the same size as a 1000 piece puzzle. We thought they’d be bigger. Didn’t matter to us, but good to know.

I ordered a custom puzzle with high hopes for a special gift from this company that claimed to make personalized puzzles of good quality. The ordering process was simple, and the initial preview gave me optimism. However, the final puzzle didn't meet expectations. The image was darker than my original photo, losing important details. The puzzle pieces were disappointingly thin and flimsy, not up to the quality standards I anticipated from this company. Some pieces didn't fit well, making assembly more annoying than enjoyable. When I contacted customer service about these issues, the response was not satisfying. It took multiple tries to get a reply, and when I finally did, the solutions provided were not helpful and seemed to dismiss the problems I raised. This experience has made me regret my decision and hesitant to recommend their services. It's disappointing when a product intended to bring joy ends up causing frustration.
