Scam Artists and Thieves

Scammers and Brokers. Thieves. Dont trust fake reviews. They will give you one estimate and have you sign for it. Then they'll double it and tell you if you don't agree, they'll charge you anyway. There is no cancelation option. They just hustle people and scam them into charging what they want either during your move or a few days out. They try to trap you with a contract that claims your estimate won't exceed the agreed cost and then change it. My estimate went from 2200 to 3645 overnight. They tried to coerce me into giving them 500 immediately on top of the 850 I already paid two days before my move or they would not move me and they would still keep the 850. They said if I cancelled, they would also keep the 850 even though this was 2 days after I had reserved. Absolute criminals. They prey on military families in particular and have absolutely no empathy. This is a predatory company and should not be trusted.

Jessica, I’d like to clarify what happened regarding your cancellation after you signed up with us on July 23, 2024. Initially, you provided us with an inventory that included 16 items in 47 pieces, totaling 346 cubic feet. This consisted of one dresser, one headboard, one footboard, one queen bed, one bistro table, 15 large boxes, 10 small boxes, one entertainment center, six plastic bins, and one television. During our quality assurance call on July 29, just six days after you signed up, you added significantly more items to the inventory. These included 50 boxes, a ride-on lawnmower, weed whacker, a long dresser, three televisions, a king bed, washer, dryer, grill, a three-piece patio furniture set, coffee table, four trash cans, four hampers, three floor lamps, two bookcases, four nightstands, a vacuum cleaner, a Christmas tree, and a large rolling toolbox. This is why your price increased by an additional $500, which was still a great rate given the size and distance of your move from Louisiana to Texas. Unfortunately, since your move was just days away, you were outside the cancellation window. However, we did offer to apply your deposit towards any future move within the next 12 months.

Wow, where do I even

Wow, where do I even start? I usually support veteran-owned businesses, but this experience has been a nightmare. We moved our stuff from the west to the east coast, and were told it could take up to 3 weeks, but usually 10 days. It's been over a month now. The lack of communication is infuriating. Mike, our sales rep, assured us everything would be smooth, but he’s since been fired. Our things have been sitting in their warehouse, untouched, for a month now. No one answers calls or returns messages. Karen and Brandon promised updates but nothing. It's affected my remote job since all my office stuff is with them. I'm seriously considering driving 2 hours to their office in Florida just to get answers. This has been the worst service experience ever.

Rebecca, I’m confused because you removed your review from Google but left it up on this review site. We’ve since resolved everything and explained why your belongings were still in transit. As we mentioned, your items could take anywhere from 7 to 21 business days for delivery, which is accurate. However, if you refer to the first available delivery date on your contract, it shows November 5 as the date we were scheduled to attempt delivery. It wouldn’t make sense to try delivering before then when the contract clearly states that the first available date is November 5. It’s currently October 8, so there is still plenty of time, and we’ve now successfully arranged for your items to be loaded and on their way. I kindly ask that you please remove this review now that everything has been resolved.

If you're thinking about using this company, save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere. They lure you in with promises, but it’s all a facade. Dan assured me they used their own trucks, but that was a lie. Our stuff was picked up on June 25th and didn’t arrive until September 26th. And in between? Our belongings sat in a warehouse in LA, getting tossed around. We had a motorcycle with broken mirrors, a damaged TV, and ripped bags. Roxy and Frankie were no help, constantly lying about the status of our delivery. To top it off, we had to pay in full despite all the delays. Avoid this company at all costs.

I noticed that you removed your review from Google but didn’t remove it from this website. I wanted to clarify that when the bike was dropped off, you didn’t mention any damages to Frankie, the foreman’s father. I personally spoke with him about the situation. As the owner, I can assure you that you are covered by insurance for any potential damages. When your items were picked up, they were taken to storage, where we offered you 30 days of free storage, including free delivery. When you requested delivery, we arranged for a truck and made sure everything was properly transported. There were no issues until a few days after delivery when you mentioned concerns about the motorcycle. We always advise our customers not to use bags for moving items, as they can easily rip. While we allowed you to use bags at your discretion, we didn’t charge you for packing those items into boxes, as we wanted to accommodate your preference. Rest assured, you have insurance coverage, and we will follow up with you to ensure that any damage or lost items are properly addressed.

I recently had to move,

I recently had to move, and boy, was I nervous about it. My place had so much stuff, and I was dreading the whole process. But the moving crew was just fantastic! They handled everything with such care and patience. Every single member of the team was friendly and super accommodating. They had the best attitudes, which made the whole experience much less stressful. Not a single item was damaged, and they got everything done quickly. I did end up paying a bit more than the initial quote, but the quality of their work made it totally worth it. Highly recommend these guys!

Needed to move last minute,

Needed to move last minute, like only had two days notice. Called up United American Moving and Storage, and they squeezed us in somehow! The two movers who showed up were super friendly and worked fast, but still careful. They didn't miss a single detail. Felt like they really cared about our stuff. Honestly, wasn't expecting such a smooth move considering the short notice. If you need to move, these guys are definitely worth calling.

Just had my second move

Just had my second move with these guys, and I’m seriously impressed. They’re super flexible, prices are great, always on time, and no hidden fees. Pablo and his partner were amazing, really went above and beyond. Even the movers from my first move were fantastic and really put in the effort. If you need movers, these are your people.

I've worked with this company several times and wouldn't choose anyone else in the Orlando area. They are consistently fast, skilled, and reliable. They always make sure to carefully wrap and shield all my valuable items, and so far, there hasn't been a single scratch during the move. I definitely suggest them.
