I am satisfied with this organic blend of coffee.

I am satisfied with this organic blend of coffee. It has a nice, smooth flavor that reminds me of South or Central America. It is definitely a light roast, which can sometimes be tricky to find. To be honest, I didn't order this specific coffee, Amazon must have shipped it to me by mistake or thought it was a good match for my usual choice. I had originally selected the single-origin Nicaraguan light roast, but Amazon mentioned it could take up to 2 months to arrive due to stock issues. I ended up ordering other coffees from different companies while waiting for the delivery. However, this light roast blend showed up in just 48 hours. The taste is very similar to the Nicaraguan blend I've ordered before from this company, which I also gave a 5-star rating (it might include Nicaraguan beans, although it’s not listed on the bag). I can see why the Amazon team thought this would be a good replacement, especially with the current pricing challenges on international coffee.
