ReadyRefresh company sometimes comes late for service calls. They said they were coming, but didn't show up. I went to the office on Friday, got an email saying they're coming, and got a call asking if we're open on Fridays. I missed the technician's call and called back, but he didn't come. They rescheduled the service call for another day. This happens a lot and it's annoying.

Reliable service for our regular monthly deliveries. It can be a bit difficult to make changes to scheduled deliveries, including a time when we were wrongly charged for a canceled order. When the mistake occured, it was hard to reach customer service, so we just stopped trying.
