As a tutor, I've encountered a few folks in the support team who seem to be scammers. They take your money but when you want to get it back, they accuse you of doing something wrong and refuse to give it back. Even if you ask for proof, they claim they don't have any.

It's a scam site, they said if someone

It's a scam site, they said if someone unlocks your doc you earn 100$. I uploaded lots of docs, my friend unlocked one and I didn't earn anything. They're just liars, we lost 50$ because of that.

Studypool deserves negative 0 stars – 0!!! It's fake! I've uploaded over 400 math documents on this rubbish website! A friend unlocked some of my documents, but they still didn't pay me a single dollar! Sadly, I wasted my precious time scanning my study materials and making PDFs for this scam website! (Allanmitch ~ $93,852 + Parmajohn ~ $91,927 + Chexmex ~ $79,809 = Big Fake) The earnings of three users they show on their first page are nothing but 10000% fake! Not real! Don't be fooled by them! And they never refund your money if you cancel their purchased subscription!! Studypool is absolutely 1000000% fake!

I reviewed 28 assignments and each time the tutor did a poor job on the homework and charged again and again to fix it. I reached out to the company, but they didn't resolve the problems. Instead, when I filed a dispute, they banned me. I mentioned that I counted the assignments I requested.

I have made six requests for my company's copyrighted content to be taken down from their site, but haven't heard anything back. They take free sample materials made by other companies and then sell them. Even worse, they are using my company's name to do so, which could harm our reputation.
