After I deposited $1800, my account showed

After I deposited $1800, my account showed a negative balance because of a $600 charge. They took back the $600 from my bank but then put a negative mark and a limit on my strike account. Now, I can’t take out the $1200 I still have in Bitcoin

Great place, easy to use, works smooth, low cost and realy solid DCA tool. Some folks here complaning about stuff not even related to Strike don’t belong in Crypto.

Unhappy

I used strike for many transactions and the last I was supposed to get a deposit from a company that IC3 had connected me with to get funds back I had been scammed out of I had to provide my BYC address and I contacted strike support to verify and make sure it was right they informed me me the company was not reputable so they close my account completely. I thought I was doing the right thing by having them check apparently that was not the thing to do. IC3 is an FBI agency I was working with them. They were overseeing the transaction strike ignored this and shut my account down totally.

STRIKE is not a reputable exchange. In fact, it's probably one of the shadiest places to invest your money. Without warning, they froze my account and refused to explain why. Despite my repeated attempts to get clarification, they've remained tight-lipped. To add insult to injury, they've taken my money with no prospects of returning it. Their excuse? That my behavior supposedly violated their terms and conditions. It's a blatant lack of transparency and accountability. Strike is a complete SCAM.

I've been using Strike for a year now

I've been using Strike for a year now, with some of my paycheck going directly into Strike every cycle. Recently, I got a notice saying Strike won't support my phone's operating system anymore because it's outdated (about 2 years old). But Strike doesn't offer any alternative way for me to get my money. There's no physical branch to visit, and their website is practically useless since nothing works on it. I reached out to customer support, but they gave a standard answer saying it's too difficult to keep their app updated with older OS versions. What kind of company dealing with huge amounts of money can't update their app so users can still get access? Especially when they don't have a fully functional desktop app either. I'm not buying a new phone just for a fintech app when my current phone is working perfectly, even though the manufacturer has stopped supporting the OS to push people into buying new phones. And what happens to all the old phone's toxic parts if we start buying new ones? Come on, Strike. Step up your game.

Reliable service. Used it for more than 2 years now. Never faced problems with bank payments. Customer support was friendly and quick when I had trouble connecting a certain bank last year. Great way to accumulate sats with low fees and a free onchain transfer! Strike leads the way in the LN field.

I can't more trust Strike

In June, Strike came to the EU, and I registered an account. I made several transfers from Revolut, bought Bitcoin, and transferred it via Lightning to my own Bitcoin wallet. Suddenly, Strike suspended my account with the message "We need to review your account." Without any reason, they stopped access to their services. This is a big disappointment. Tried contacting support no response. This is terrible.
