    I recently visited the SPECSAVERS Beeston store

    I recently visited the SPECSAVERS Beeston store (Nottingham) by appointment with Maufeed/Audiologist. This visit was partly a hearing check, and partly to talk about problems with my hearing aid. Maufeed carried out a very good audiology assessment, giving clear and simple advice in plain English! We then looked at one of my (private) hearing aids which was losing clarity, and he carefully checked it. He found several issues and decided it needed a factory repair/upgrade, which he explained well to me. The repair was completed at no extra cost (!) and I returned to see Maufeed this week for the fitting. The hearing aid now works much clearer and sharper than I remember before! The whole experience was professional and high quality, and I am very grateful. Thanks SPECSAVERS Beeston, and thanks Maufeed.

    I went to an urgent appointment at Specsavers Blackburn

    I went to an urgent appointment at Specsavers Blackburn Lancashire branch on Wednesday 24th September. I was seen by Ophthalmologist Mrs Sadia Patel, who I really want to thank, she made me feel calm and was very professional, explaining all the tests and procedures clearly. I had several eye tests and checks done by skilled staff at this Opticians. I felt very happy with the service from everyone and I would suggest this Opticions to others.
