I placed an order for a nightdress on January 28, 2024. Unfortunately, it didn't fit, prompting me to initiate a return. Despite the company's claim of a 30-day easy return service, the process proved challenging. The absence of a return address on their website necessitated email communication. They proposed a 20% refund and retaining the item, which was unhelpful. After numerous emails, they provided a German return address, contradicting the UK dispatch. The £10.95 return cost and their request for tracking details compounded the frustration. Despite their explanation of processing delays at a warehouse, my refund is still pending. Regrettably, despite their appealing products, I won't be a repeat customer due to these issues.

Absolutely lovely and good quality silk. I adore this summer robe. It feels and looks fancy. It is 100% silk. I bought the light pink and the white floral, both amazing. Colors are bright and very lovely. They do not fully cross in the middle but the pink has an inside closure rope to keep it in place. Best to order a larger size than usual if you want a full comfortable closure. What I do miss is a hanging loop. The silk is so delicate that unless you use a hanger all the time you will be hanging it from the collar, not a good idea. Delivery was very quick. Wash it by hand if you want to maintain the shine and softness. There is minimal bleeding of the colors if you wash it in cool water and hang to dry.

I purchased two nighties for my wife in December, but unfortunately, they were the wrong size. Despite returning them to Germany on December 30 for an exchange, I've yet to receive the correct size. The customer service experience has been disappointing; they struggle to track the parcel, even though I traced its arrival in the UK on January 24. Continuous responses of "please wait" and "thank you for your patience" have left me frustrated. I simply want the parcel so my wife can finally receive part of her Christmas presents in February.

I enjoy the products a lot; the silk is wonderful, and the colors are great. I’ve been washing it by hand to keep it in good shape. A few items came in a bit smaller than I wanted, but returning them was simple even though they didn't include a return shipping label. I’ll surely be buying again. I receive many compliments on the unique items I chose.

The team in the Service department was awesome! When USPS messed up and delivered my package to the wrong address, they were ready to help me fix the issue even though USPS said it was 'delivered.' Luckily, a neighbor saw my name and brought the package back to me, so no replacement was needed. Still, their willingness to assist was greatly valued.

I purchased 3 camisoles to use as a layer beneath my blouse/shirt. I do this to stay cozy in air conditioning and for added warmth in winter. Since many people wear these camisoles during the day, perhaps a redesign would be useful. I would prefer a style that removes the double layer at the top.

The tee serves as my reliable winter running base layer. Conveniently, it doesn't require frequent washing; a quick hang-dry keeps it fresh. However, opting for a gentle cycle proved problematic; a sink-wash with Woolite caused bleeding. I'll stick to sink-washing until the issue resolves.

Currently experiencing delays in receiving a refund for mistakenly ordered sheets. Despite being within the 30-day return window, resolution is pending. My perception of the company hinges on this issue being promptly addressed; an updated review will follow once the matter is resolved.

Even though the gift I got was too small and needs to be exchanged, the service from Silk Silky is always great. Customer support is quick and gets back to you within a day. I can return my order and get a bigger item in exchange. I'll keep using Silk Silky to make an impression!:-)

My wife is thrilled with the camisole! It's both stylish and incredibly comfortable. The silk material is not only beautiful but also reasonably priced. Additionally, the hair cap included in the set is fantastic for protecting her hair while she sleeps. It's a win-win all around.

The neckline on this T-shirt is excessively large, which is quite disappointing. However, aside from that issue, the shirt is comfortable and has a pleasing appearance. There is room for improvement, particularly in addressing the neckline design for a better overall experience.

I got mixed feelings. Custmer servis is good, but the last product I bought and returning, was advertised as casual pants, but it's actually PJ, as on the label. I sent trk# in separate email to custmer servis. I'd appreciate if you reimburce me shipping cost.

It was ok, the product is good qualitey and my wife liked it. Grate range of stiles and easy to use site. Fulfilled easyly, only isue was the tracking softwhere which led me to believe it was going to the wrong adress, however it arived in time in the end.
