Customer support is great. I had a problem with a product that came damaged, and they were really helpful in setting up free returns. I then mistakenly ordered the same item twice, and they were helpful once more.

Parcel tracking was a letdown; only received a DHL number after complaining. Shockingly, my item arrived two weeks late with Evri, a regrettable switch from reliable Royal Mail.
