Saw an ad on Facebook and decide to try it. My perfume smelled NOTHING like the original. Messaged them about it and they offered a refund, or to allow them to try again. Either way, they told me I could keep the one that I had (it's stinky and oily, so I tossed it and the bottle was leaking too). I went ahead and and sent them the VERY LAST BIT of my original perfume (upon their request) to them so it could help them recreate the scent. It has been almost 3 1/2 to 4 weeks since the tracking number said the sample arrived. We went in circles about how if the sample was with the scent matchers who makes the perfumes. Eventually they said they received it. 2 weeks had passed and they said that there are other samples ahead of mine. So now my last bit of perfume is gone and I still don't have my perfume. I would not recommend unless you're willing to give up your last bit of original perfume to be a sample for them and okay with waiting forever to even find out if it's right. But I may have sent my last bit for nothing and now regretting it. Have sent a message finally about just wanting a refund instead. Gave it 3 stars instead of 1 simply because they allow their customers to keep the scent they had sent to them even if it's not right.

It felt as though they had merely employed a single base liquid, filling three bottles with identical contents. To add to the frustration, one of the spray bottles was damaged, rendering it unusable due to leakage. Despite their offer to replace the order, I decided to give them another chance and requested a small sample to be sent to my home in Australia. Regrettably, they declined this request but did issue a refund, albeit with me still shouldering the postage cost. It's disheartening when a company's promises fall short of the reality of their products. Save your hard-earned money and steer clear of this disappointing experience.

YThey left me convinced that their operations are dubious at best. I purchased a bottle of Debbie Gibson's Electric Youth, expecting the delightful fruity notes that I remembered. However, what I received could only be described as a far cry from the anticipated fragrance. It seemed more akin to an elderly acoustic scent rather than the vibrant aroma I was familiar with. Despite my concerns, the company insisted that they had dispatched the correct item. Unfortunately, my confidence in Scentmatchers has been severely shaken, and I can't help but question the authenticity of their products.

I saw their ad on Facebook and decided to give them a try because my all time favorite perfume was Gio by Giorgio Armani and I am happy to say they did not dissapoint!!! I am 1,000% satisfied with their product! Not only does it smell exactly as I remember but you get to choose your bottle type and get to name your personalized fragrance! Top notch company and I can't wait to add more!

Absolutely dreadful. To put it bluntly, there wasn't a single redeeming quality to be found. The scent bore no resemblance to the advertised notes, and after a single spray, I found myself rushing to wash it off—it was that unbearable. Regrettably, I made the ill-fated decision of purchasing two bottles without testing it beforehand. A lesson learned the hard way.

I got my package but it didn't have the spray parts. Can't use it. I tried contacting them in many ways for over a week but got no response. I used to buy from them without any issues. But now, they're not the same. They're not helpful and avoiding customers. I saw many recent complaints about them. Very let down. Be cautious before buying.

What an incredable find! Couldn't find my old cologne anywhere, but these guys had it. Saved me tons of money! My girl was like, "You spent 300 bucks on that?" But she couldn't even tell the difference! Big thanks to Scentmatchers! I'm definetly coming back!

I think Scentmatchers ain't good. I got Debbie Gibson's Electric Youth but it smelled like old stuff. I thought they sent me wrong perfume but they said it's right. It wasn't like the fruity smell I remembered.

Simply put, awful. Not even close to the original scent. I had to wash it off immediately after spraying because it was so bad. Regrettably, I bought two bottles without testing it first.
