Iv'e been using Partzilla for a long time now, and I've made a few mistakes with my orders over the years. But with one phone call, they've always helped me get things sorted out, which means a lot to me. In my shop, I don't do advertising, I just take care of my customers, and they spread the word for me. One thing I'd ask is if they could put small parts in a zip lock bag because by the time the box arrives, it's usually really torn up. Thanks for all your help, Craig.

It was a bit inconvenient that they required the billing and shipping addresses to be the same when using PayPal. I had to input my shipping address as my billing address, which is not accurate. This aspect should be corrected for a smoother checkout process.

Their staff is excellent and knowledgeable

I had a great experience with SavvyBoater. Their staff is excellent and knowledgeable. We requested an exchange because our boat mechanic recommended a 13 pitch instead of the 12 pitch we initially purchased. However, we are still waiting for the exchange slip to arrive. Aside from that, everything has been positive with this company.

I found their website to be great

I found their website to be great, but there was a minor issue when I searched for "Sea Ray" as the boat manufacturer, and it only showed "Sears" as an option. Nonetheless, we have used their cover for 6 years, which is impressive considering our region's harsh weather conditions. Plus, they were the most affordable vendor for this product that I could find.
