    Quick fix on a miss

I opened the box and the freebie wasn’t there. Emailed support. Short reply, small credit, done. Relief, then back to unpacking almond flour and cereal.

My time with Rise Market has always been really good.

My time with Rise Market has always been really good. I like that I can shop slowly and add what I need, and it’s so easy to get all my pantry goods at home. The support team was great when one item came broken from shipping, they fixed it fast. I definetly recomend Rise Market.

    I really suggest Rise Market.

The folks at Rise Market built a grocery site that makes shopping simple and fair-priced, especially for Canadian products and special diets. I follow a keto plan and found some new must-haves here. Their range feels well chosen and solid. I like how they support honest, mindful makers. One thing that could get better is adding from My Favourites — it moves to Cart each time an item is added, which can be annoyng. It would help if it stayed on My Favourites until we decide to check out.

All the other items in my order came fine

All the other items in my order came fine, but the crackers were put under a heavy bottle and got broken. It would be nice if lighter fragile things could go on top next time so they dont get damaged.
