I paid $700 for the Executive resume service from this company. When I met with the resume writer, I felt positive about it. However, when I got the first draft, I was surprised by its poor quality. The industry terms were wrong throughout, making it seem like I had no experience. I wish the writer had done more research instead of guessing. I would have been open to answering more questions if they had asked. While I know it was just the first draft and they offer two revisions by email, I didn't think this would fix the issues to make it an executive-level resume. I'll give 2 stars because they recognized the problems and offered a partial refund. But I'm still disappointed to spend $225 on something I can't use. If you're in a specialized field, I suggest finding a resume writer familiar with it. This company's approach doesn't work well for complex subjects.

After an initial one-hour phone call with Jeremy, my resume came back a few days later significantly improved. His skill with language really highlighted the key points of my career. Additionally, the guidance he provided within the Word documents on how and where to tailor my resume for each job application was the icing on the cake.

Jeremy Brown did a exccellent job. On the first call, he asked good questions about my career. He fixed all my comments on two drafts and made a strong resume. I'd suggest him for other execs. Thank you!
