Everyone I’ve talked to at Renew has been very kind and understanding with my carpet damage claim. A big thank you to Rebecca who worked hard to set up a fitting date, even with the challenges of a tall building. The carpet fitters (Carl & team) were on time, courteous, and did a great job. They moved my furniture and left everything clean. Thanks a lot.

The flooring looks great, and the joiner
The flooring looks great, and the joiner was very nice and polite, even cleaned up after himself. The measurements for the hall were incorrect, and there was a bit of a wait before the hall could be finished because they had to wait for the delivery, but I’m really happy with the flooring.
