I've encountered several technical issues with the launch of this app, stemming from errors on Passion's team, resulting in significant financial losses for me. In a recent case, Passion incorrectly submitted a subscription package to the App Store for $9 instead of the intended $99, leading to reduced earnings for each sale. When I raised the issue, the initial customer service representative apologized and assured compensation for any losses. However, a subsequent representative, responding belatedly and incorrectly assessing the problem, shifted blame to Google, offered no compensation for the substantial revenue loss, and suggested I contact Google myself. This failure to address technical issues has left me frustrated and disappointed, and I can no longer recommend this app. I may revise this review if Passion rectifies the situation appropriately.

Navigating language barriers can be a hurdle, as the Spanish version appears rigid with a generic translation. Embracing Zapier becomes essential for problem-solving. English proficiency is vital, as all aspects, from the help center to support calls, function exclusively in English. Despite the challenges, the overall experience is satisfactory, demanding extra time and patience for a smoother journey.
