I bought a set of dance videos and soon found out I was charged $79 for a subscription I never signed up for. This was alarming because I had been tricked in a similar way before and had to cancel my card. I emailed Newmindstart right away asking for a refund. They responded by offering lifetime access to their products for free if I reconsidered canceling. When I said no, Linda from customer service assured me I'd get a refund and advised me not to contact my bank to avoid delays. In the end, I did receive my full refund within a week, so I updated my rating to four stars. However, you should make it clearer to customers that they are subscribing to a monthly payment. From other reviews, it seems many people, including me, missed the subscription box because it was not obvious. Making this more visible would prevent unnecessary stress and improve your rating.

I had a problem accessing the site on the day I signed up. After contacting customer service, my issue and refund were quickly handled. I’m disappointed that my initial experience was poor, as the customer service was quite good and could have made things much better. The 5 stars are for customer service, which is a notch above the rest.

I bought a course, and they signed me up for a monthly plan, which I didn’t want. I attempted multiple times through emails to cancel my plan. No replies, yet they billed me for another month. I’ll be annoyed if they bill me again next month!! I guess I’ll have to report this and contact my bank to stop them. Be careful!
