The prices, compared to where I usually buy the hair product, were just too good to pass up even with shipping. I thought the time to get my products was excellent too close to a week, and they kept me posted the whole time. They offer freebies and extra discounts for using their site, which I haven't used yet, but will soon. I definitely will use the site again and will recommend it to my friends and family.

I ordered insulin for my dog on 2/26. They took the money from my account quickly, but I didn't get any confirmation email. After two weeks, still no insulin, just a sales email. When I called, they asked for an order number I never received. They told me to call back at 2 pm to look up my order, but when I did, it went straight to voicemail saying they were closed. It needs improvement.

I acquired 7 items in my recent purchase, but regrettably, only 1 item made its way to me. To compound matters, my account suffered an unexplained deduction of nearly $55. I've informed my financial institution of this issue, and I am urgently seeking a refund. The lack of correction on their part has left me dissatisfied and concerned about the resolution of this matter.

Website tracking and item status are out of sync, causing confusion. Yet, my purchase exceeded expectations, and the Sunday delivery was a pleasant surprise. Despite the website hiccup, the overall experience was satisfying, and the product quality made up for the inconvenience.

I didn't receive everything I ordered and paid for. They forgot one item. I contacted them about it on May 23rd. After several emails, they agreed to refund the money on June 1st. It's now June 19th. Still no refund and no response since I emailed them on June 17th.

It took quite some time to get here. Very expensiv shipping. I could have bought on Amazon with free shipping. Sorry but it would have saved almost 10 dollars.
