The company didn't work for me.

The company didn't work for me. I exchanged the items but they still didn't fit. I couldn't find a way to make it work. Now, I have $140 worth of clothes just sitting there unused. I can't recommend them for style, size, quality, or customer service.

What a joke of a company!

Absolutely terrible company, and their jeans are just as bad. I shelled out $100 per pair for three jeans, and what a letdown! One pair had seams all over the place, totally misaligned. And get this – despite all being labeled as slim fit, none of them fit alike. The second pair? Well, it didn't even survive a sitting session; the back pocket ripped. I tried reaching out to their support team multiple times with emails and even attached photos showcasing the flaws, but no reply whatsoever. Out of the three pairs, only one is wearable. So essentially, I paid a whopping $300 for a single pair. What a joke of a company!

I haven't made a purchase yet, but when I inquired about where their jeans are made (Honduras), it got me thinking. Their "refund" policy is a letdown. Can you call it a real refund when it's just store credit? Not my preference, especially for something like jeans where the fit matters so much. What if I end up not liking how their jeans look on me? I'd rather go for stores that give me a full cash refund if I'm not satisfied with the product.

I have been truly let down

I have been truly let down by Mott & Bow. Despite reaching out to Customer Service representative Ricardo, my missing return has yet to be resolved. It is concerning that Mott & Bow has chosen to appoint a logistics supplier, DHL, but refuses to take any responsibility for the delivery process. Their "policy" requires customers to bear the cost of misplaced packages, which is not only unsatisfactory but potentially unlawful. I strongly advise against using Mott & Bow for any future purchases.

I must admit my initial hesitation

I must admit my initial hesitation after reading several negative reviews. I feared that I had made a mistake in choosing this company. In fact, I even attempted to cancel my payment. However, my concerns were unfounded. Some customers had mentioned being charged with import duty, but it should be noted that this is only applicable for items above $130. It would be helpful if Matt and Bow made this information more apparent. Luckily, my purchase fell below that price and I received it in only eight days, despite living in the UK. Furthermore, I was pleased with the quality of the product. I did have to inform the company that I had not received a promised 10% discount, but they promptly applied it once I brought it to their attention. Overall, I had a positive experience with this company.
