This company seems to have some power trip going on or something. I contacted customer service via chat on 05/08/2024 to check if my account was verified for cashing out my winnings with no problems. The response wasn't what I expected. The representative, JAMES GOLDMAN, brought up an old issue that had been handled, none of his business. He seemed to be trying to bully me into agreeing with him to have my account verified. He made me feel as if I'd done something wrong when I hadn't. This has made me uncomfortable with contacting customer service since they can't get their situations figured out. I'll be raising heck with corporate people tomorrow. DON'T USE THESE PPL. UNLESS U LIKE FEELING 2 INCHES TALL. FOR NO REASON. Oh and I have the whole convo saved if anyone wants to see it.
