It was nice to receive many different quotes that compared
It was nice to receive many different quotes that compared well with my current policy rate. But, I never got to talk to a licenced commercial agent who could give me a quote for using my vehicle at work. I deliver mail for Canada Post Corporation and wanted a commercial underwriter to provide a quote for mixed use—personal and deliveries for CPC at my job. I kept getting passed between regular and commercial underwriters, and every time my call was transfered, it got dropped. No commercial underwriter ever returned my call with a proper quote.

The price shown online looked fair
The price shown online looked fair, but it got higher when I spoke to the broker. Feels like a trick to attract customers. Not very reliable.
