Despite the company's excellent reputation, my high expectations for the premium package were not fully met. Despite my prompt responses to requests for additional information, the final outcome was disappointing. Instead of addressing the discrepancies in my work experience, I found myself spending a lot of time fixing formatting issues. Both the cover letter and resume had various appearance-related problems, and the language used in the documents was lacking. I appreciate the writer's dedication in trying to improve the resume and their willingness to take feedback into account. However, the final result, despite these efforts, only reached a basic level of quality.
