Lasta Fasting

So, I got this bill from Lasta on my credit card for their app, but I never even use it. Couldn't figure out how to stop them from charging me automatically. Chris Townley said they canceled it, but I'll only be sure in June if they really did stop charging me.

Lasta has really surprised me and been super helpful in helping me manage my health. Being able to track my mood with my meals gives me a better understanding of my well-being. I've tested a bunch of health apps before, but none have been as good as Lasta.

I've been quite surprised with this app. I've tried many fitness and health apps, but this one stands out. It's got lots of pictures and videos, great tips, and I'll definitely keep using it! It's nice to learn new things from such a user-friendly app!

I am amazed by two things, first the amount of help given by the team in the background and most importantly how well Seth guides me through the exercises. Honestly, I am only a few days in, but already feeling some of the benefits promised by Lasta.

I chose to cancel my subscription as I couldn't use the program. There was a bit of confusion about getting a refund, but the Customer Service team dealt with it well! It’s great to have such helpful service from people like Chris Townley. THANKS!

I totolly love this app! It's so complet! It got all da tools to make dis a sucsessful jurny! I strugled to loose wate for years. Dis has been a diffrent rout but da most sucsessful one too! I coudn't do it without Lasta!

This app has been really helpful in keeping me on top of my diet plan. It's a shame you can't add your own meals or recipes right now, which makes tracking homemade food hard. Eugene Walton was a big help for sure.

The ad said 0.31 a day ...total $27.91 a month....I guess we just add different in American. Stay away from from this ...you want to intermediate fast ? eat 8 hours don't eat 16 hours. Your welcome.

This service is quite good. Zoe replied to my email quickly and guided me through the app. I thought there was an issue, but she provided clear steps on how it functions. Very courteous in email.
