Alex Stahley has been amazing, he really went out of his way to assist us with our loan. We had no idea that a previous lender didn’t take themselves off a prior lien after a refinance 9 years ago (paying off the loan with Ladera Lending). This caused a delay in our loan process with Kinfolk Homes. While working to get Ladera Lending to finally remove themselves (something they should have done 9 years ago), Alex and Robbie worked tirelessly, reaching out to Ladera Lending every day to get the lien release signed and cleared.
