Unable to reach this company. They have the “agreement in 2 areas. It was misleading. They have not answered the original message I sent within minutes of seeing the “agreement” which does not print until after you hit go. So when you go into the site, it will present everything as if it will be presented to insurance and they only want a month of billing to cover you until the are able to get it approved, which they estimate will be a month. So you’re like, ok, that’s reasonable… you already selected what you think will be the time frame that you may need. 3,6,9,12 mos or something like that. Not sure what I selected. So you’re thinking this is for the insurance…So I don’t know… Anyway the fine print is not a month, it is badda bing—the full time of the first selection you made. There is no way to back up and you don’t know until you hit send. This “subscription” is for the time period REGARDLESS if your insurance approves or not. LET THAT SINK IN…you won’t even see it unless you read it. AFTER they approve you to go through insurance approval. (I asked and no one has contacted me back days later. I also indicated I wanted to immediately back out as it didn’t say all this until the end…) I have sent several messages from within minutes until today. (Screenshots) I call today and was put on hold for a two hour back up. LET THAT SINK IN…then tell me if this may be a scam… Oh, as an update, they’ve already billed my credit card two months within 5 days. Just shy of $150. Then tell me what you think.

If there was zero start….

If I could I would give zero stars. I have been a patient since April of 2024. I have spent 2500.00 with IVIM. The last Bioboost order arrived with my medication shorted. I tried to call. IVIM not taking calls, the robot asks you to email or text. I emailed on 7/26. After back and forth the customer service agent Lauren, she quit replying and never gave me a solution to my shorted order. Then tried calling again, cannot get a human on the phone so I text through app. At this time I re explained everything to Tiffany Barr on 7/31. This is 6 days after original conversation. I asked to speak to management and that request was denied. She said give her a chance to fix this….Its now 8/2 and no response cant get through to a human on the phone lines again which is a continuing problem with IVIM. As a side note IVIM sells 3 month and a 1 month supply of the bioboost and out of 5 representatives not 1 could tell me the amount of biobost that is sold in each supply. They will take your money with zero clear explanation on the amount of injectable supplements you will receive. The last girl said the amount depends on what pharmacy who ships it. When I asked what ingredients were in the bioboost the representative couldn't answer that either. So they will sell supplements to customers but are unable to tell you what is in them. Im leaving out of the country for 3 months with out my supplements because of IVIM incompetence.

22 weeks with Ivim has changed my life

After a year and a half of gaining a LOT of weight from long Covid/POTS medications and depressive eating over my illness, My doctor suggested a GLP-1. I was hesitant, because of course you see all of the bad stuff in the media about it. I researched a bunch of different companies because I wasn’t going to get the prescription approved from my insurance. I finally settled on Ivim Health After my first telehealth visit because the nurse was incredibly informative and knowledgeable and helpful. Having worked in healthcare for many years myself, I was going to be picky. My first Month I was calling up almost every day because I Was nervous about almost everything. They were patient with me, held my hand through the entire process and we are now 21 weeks down and I have lost 30 pounds… Which is about 15 from my goal. I am still on the second lowest dosage, which most companies will try to push you to move up each month. Ivim was different in the sense that they told me not to move up unless I started to stop feeling the effects of the medication. That not only saved me money, but no one wants to take more medication than is necessary! I am healthier, happier, and I feel amazing. And I owe that to Ivim Health.

I recently had a very disappointing experience with IVIM Health. I ordered a one-month supply of weight loss medication, spending $499, based on a recommendation from my previous weight loss company. The package was supposed to be delivered by UPS on August 21, 2024, at noon. However, when I got home, there was no package at my door or anywhere around my house. The UPS delivery notification stated that the package was “left at other,” which contradicts my delivery preferences for packages to be left at my front door. After filing a claim with UPS, I reached out to IVIM Health to inform them about the missing package. Unfortunately, their customer service representative, Megan, was not helpful and simply told me to file a police report. While I understand that issues can arise during shipping, I expected more support from IVIM Health in resolving this matter. Instead, I was left to handle the situation on my own, including filing an online police report with the North Las Vegas Police Department. Overall, my experience with IVIM Health has been frustrating and unsatisfactory, and I am hesitant to recommend their services based on this encounter.

But recently, they overhauled their customer service approach, forcing customers to chat for assistance instead of calling. They claim it's faster, but here's my story—it's been four days since I reached out via chat, and I'm still waiting for a response. Frustrating, right? And to add insult to injury, they charge a membership fee on top of the medicine costs, something many other companies don't do. The frustration and the extra costs have pushed me to make a tough decision—I'm canceling my membership and taking my business elsewhere. Don't fall into the same trap! My insurance covers Weygovy for weight loss, so I thought getting approval would be easy. I have PCOS, prediabetes, high cholesterol, and a BMI of 38. But I made a mistake on their form, which led to denial. I tried reaching out via text, voicemail, and email. They only responded via text with what seemed like an automated message, saying they resubmitted. But I got the same denial again. I guess I'll have to find a doctor to see in person since I can't talk to a real person even after leaving messages. I did have a video chat with their provider last week, but only if I pay out of pocket. They flooded me with text messages about the appointment and now keep reminding me to pay the invoice for the meds. It feels like they care more about payments than helping patients. If you want personal care, this isn't the place. You're just a number to them.

Is there a human working there?

I had my first appointment with the consultant which seemed fine (although they had me on hold for about 15 minutes). Was told I would get a text as soon as we hung to place my order. I never received it. Went to my portal and it states an order was never placed by the consultant. Over several days called multiple times. I kept getting a message I would be in line for 5 minutes or so. then after about 15 minutes, got a message they were too busy and to go to the chat feature and then it hangs up. Went to the chat feature which said to call them. Sent messages anyways through the portal and my account. After three days haven't heard from anyone.

No matter what I do to contact this company I can never get through! I call and nobody answers and says it’ll be a two hour wait and then the phone hangs up even though I’m willing to wait on the phone for two hours! Chat doesnt work either…they claim to not. have time on there either and they just give you automated responses and it’s not a real person? So at this point I don’t know what to do because they talked me into me a three month subscription and now I don’t know how I’m ever gonna cancel. I guess I’ll just cancel my credit card and they won’t get another penny from me, but weight loss should not be this hard .

IVIM is a complete disaster. Please find another place. They do not answer calls or messages. I tried for weeks after they overcharged me $1,200. They make an appt fast for you and then you can never reach them again! The medication never came for me either and I ended up running out and even though paid, they missed sending it and it took weeks to get it. I am still fighting now to get money back from them they charged. My friend also went through them and had the same experience. I would stay far away from them and do not give them your credit card! I feel totally scammed by them!

Meds promised in 7 - 14 days, NEVER received despite processed payment on May 17, 2024. Multiple complaint emails IGNORED after acknowledged receipt by the same form letter. Called IVIM repeatedly & always got a message that I would be 2 (TWO) HOURS on hold to speak to a live person. Instead each time my phone call was DISCONNECTED IMMEDIATELY. Worse received multiple emails for a Labor Day Monday Q&A that never existed. Waste of time & energy. Hours & Hours of my time wasted trying to get a response which could have been invested with another honest co. NOT compensated at alql.

Feeling rushed and misunderstood is never a pleasant experience. At my recent clinic visit, despite a friendly practitioner, I left feeling unsettled. I clearly mentioned my current dosage and needs, but received a prescription that didn't align—less medication for more money. To add to the frustration, what was meant to last three months barely covers a month! It's disappointing and frankly, feels deceptive. If you value clarity and reliability in your healthcare, beware of such practices. Choose a provider who prioritizes your health journey and respects your time and needs.

The website's speed left

The website's speed left a bit to be desired. Additionally, providing users with a concise list of required items for a smooth start would be beneficial. I found myself repeatedly reaching into my purse for my credit card, insurance card, and driver's license at various stages, with a repeat for insurance information later on during photo submissions. Including a brief checklist of necessary items (including lab results, which I retrieved from the app) and an estimated application duration would greatly enhance the user experience.

I’ve had all good experiences with IVIM. A year ago, my mom was diagnosed with cancer, had surgery, and went into remission. Her doctor said that being overweight could lead to a return of the cancer. She’s lost 65 pounds and hasn’t had any issues for the past year. I believe this is partly because of the weight loss and lifestyle changes with this medication. I’ve also been losing weight and am working towards my goal. I really appreciate IVIM for improving both my life and my mom’s.

Checking in at 2 weeks! I wanted to find out if I should keep the same dosage or up it, as I haven’t lost any weight. However, since I’m seeing some other positive results, like less nicotine craving, fewer gout pain episodes, and reduced swelling in my ankles, I was advised to stick with this dose for the rest of the 4 weeks!
