I've encountered persistent delays with the shipping services from this company. Despite opting for expedited shipping on multiple occasions, my orders consistently arrive well beyond the promised delivery time. Currently, I've been waiting for almost a week, with my order yet to be shipped despite selecting 1-3 day shipping. The lack of communication about the delays and the absence of any refund for the extra shipping costs are disappointing. This is the second time I've experienced such delays, making it an ongoing issue that needs addressing.

I had a less than satisfactory experience with this vendor. My order took three days to process and handle. I ordered a disposable vape but received a cartridge instead. What disappointed me further was that my attempts to contact their customer support via email went unanswered. I wouldn't recommend this place or their products based on my experience.
