So, I got this 12GB 4 core VPS for £111 per month, thinking it would handle 5 MT4 instances, but nope! It couldn't even run them properly. The tech support folks kept saying it's not their fault if MT4 isn't working, which is kinda gaslighting, you know? I tried everything they told me to, like restarting and rebooting, but nothing worked. So, I asked for a refund within 3 days, which is my right as a consumer, right? But their billing team straight up refused! Like, what? This company is terrible, seriously. They make you feel like you're crazy when you have a problem, then won't even give you a refund when you ask nicely. Don't even bother if you're into Forex! They don't know a thing about MT4, even if you throw more memory and processors at them. I've got all their silly excuses in writing, so yeah, stay away from these guys!

After encountering issues and opening a support ticket, I entrusted the team to delete everything, assuming my exclusive consent mattered. To my dismay, they failed to act, leaving me to manually delete certain services. Months passed with unanswered requests and accumulating charges. Finally, a support ticket promised a refund, but billing inexplicably closed it without honoring their commitment. Hostwind's pattern of charging, ignoring pleas, and enforcing policies feels like a subscription fraud intertwined with their legitimate business. Proceed with caution!

Additionally, obtaining a full backup for Basic plan users involves creating a support ticket due to the removal of the Backup option in cPanel. This inconvenience led me to switch web hosts for a more seamless experience. Problem resolved through a change in hosting services.

Presently, I find myself compelled to juggle distinct accounts and email addresses to accommodate varied billing types for each server, a slight inconvenience that could elevate the overall user experience.
