My first order was taken right into the house and set into my freezer. The second order for 2 weeks arived one day earlier while I was away. I got a notice on my doorbell camera that someone was at my porch. I checked and saw it was the driver with my meals. I told him to walk around back and put the food inside the small room where a big cooler was waiting. He did exactly that. I was gone for about an hour or more and if left on the porch it would have thawed. The meals taste good and the service is very good. Thanks
