Really simple to use. The information about each weapon and the choices are great. The process is fast and simple.

You know, dealing with online
You know, dealing with online purchases can sometimes be a hassle, but my experience with Guns.com was surprisingly smooth. I had some issues with the FFL transfer, but the customer service team really stepped up. They were super helpful and genuinely seemed to care about sorting things out. Even though the FFL didn't work out this time, I'm planning to try again with a different one because the overall process was straightforward. They promised a refund, so once that's sorted, I'm pretty sure it'll be a solid 5/5 experience. It's nice to know there's a company out there that actually listens and helps when things don’t go as planned.

I thought buying from guns.com
I thought buying from guns.com would be a breeze, but it was a bit tricky at first. I assumed their FFL would just sort everything out with my local dealer after I made the purchase. Turns out, it's not quite that straightforward. I had to get involved in contacting my local FFL myself, which was a bit of a hassle. Once I figured it out, things went smoother, but the initial process was a tad confusing. The selection on the site is pretty decent though, and the prices weren't bad either. Just wish the communication about the transfer process was clearer from the start. After I got past that, everything else fell into place nicely.

The overall experience was great
I ordered from Guns.com, and it was quite the journey. The selection process was smooth and the website easy to navigate, which made finding the right firearm a breeze. When my order arrived, though, I was a bit taken aback. The gun was in pretty rough shape, covered in grime like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. Spent a good while getting it all spick and span, and once it was done, it looked as good as new. Despite the initial shock, the overall experience was great, and I’m definitely going back to Guns.com for my next purchase. Just hope they check the cleaning next time!

I ordered a gun,
I ordered a gun, and I gotta say, it was quite an experience. The shipping was impressively fast, which was a nice surprise. When the package arrived, I noticed a couple of small blemishes on the stock and a tiny rust spot on the barrel. At first, I was a bit worried, but honestly, for the price I paid, it felt like a solid deal. Once I got it all set up, the gun handled beautifully – it throws up great and shoots really well. Despite those minor flaws, I'm pretty happy with it overall. It's hard to complain too much when it performs this well at such a bargain price.

I was all set to
I was all set to order a new gun online, feeling pretty good about the process. But then I hit a snag when trying to choose a gun shop for delivery. For some reason, my iPad kept redirecting me to Africa. Super weird, right? I switched to my phone, and everything worked smoothly. No idea why my iPad had such issues, but it was kind of frustrating. I think this was back in February. I'm just happy I eventually got it sorted out, but it would be nice if the iPad experience was as smooth as on my phone. Tech can be so unpredictable sometimes!

I got a used
I got a used gun from guns.com. The gun arrived just as described, in great condition. However, the ad mentioned it came with a soft case, but there wasn’t one in the package. I reached out to guns.com support to sort it out. They were super helpful and made sure I got the soft case, just like the ad promised. It wasn't a big deal since the gun was the main thing, but it was nice to see them care about the small stuff too. Appreciate their attention to detail and customer service.

I purchased a Walther PPQ in 22LR.
I purchased a Walther PPQ in 22LR. The price was good, and Guns.com sent it quickly. I haven't tried it at the gun range yet. I like how it feels in my hand. It's light, even with a full magazine. The trigger pull is nice. Walther makes comfortable guns to carry all day. I found a button on the magazine's side for easier loading, which was a nice surprise.

Guns.com is a great place to purchase firearms.
Guns.com is a great place to purchase firearms. They seem to really care about the customer and offer solid deals. However, be cautious if you choose to use Credova for the buy now, pay later option. Make sure to read all the terms carefully because you might end up paying more in the long run. But if you can't wait to get the gun you want, go for it.

Their site says they will check a firearm within 24hrs
Their site says they will check a firearm within 24hrs of getting it and will confirm the price or change it for you to accept or reject. That’s just not true. My gun arrived on a Tuesday, but they didn’t open the box until Friday. After that, the “approved payment” part starts, which takes another 2-3 business days. Now we’re looking at Tuesday or Wednesday the next week for the ach payment to go through. Finally, it became available by Friday, nearly two weeks later. There’s maybe one customer service person who isn’t rude or unhelpful. They did offer more for my gun than anyone else and didn’t try to lowball me once they got it, so I’m giving them three stars. But if you need cash quick, look elsewhere. They also don’t have a physical store to talk to someone, which I didn’t like since my package only needed to ship 15 miles. I know some things take time, but don’t say 24hrs when it’s really almost two weeks. That’s enough to lose one star and business. Anyone selling a firearm should remember that any buyer plans to resell your gun, so don’t expect a great price. They offered half of what I paid, while others offered a third. Just know you won’t get much for your gun. Overall, I think I got a fair price, but it took too long to get my payment. I’m still waiting to see it in my account, and today marks one week +12hrs since they got it.

I dove into buying
I dove into buying a firearm and found an impressive selection that had exactly what I needed. The shipping process was smooth and quick, no complaints there. But, here's where things went a bit sideways. They sent me a $25 off code for my first purchase, but it just wouldn't work, no matter how many times I tried. I reached out to customer service, and they insisted the code was fine, yet it still didn't work. Then, they told me I'd need to spend over $300 to use the discount—what a letdown. I'm leaning toward taking my business to a place that stands by their offers. Just a heads-up if you're planning to use those discount codes.

I ordered a firearm online,
I ordered a firearm online, and honestly, the experience left me a bit annoyed. They charged me double for shipping because they wouldn’t send it to my FFL dealer, which was quite a surprise. When the gun finally arrived, it was clear it had seen better days. It had some minor scratches, nothing too serious, but the case? Wow, it looked like it had been dragged behind a truck. The whole process was slow, and I felt like I waited forever for it to arrive. Overall, not the smoothest purchase I’ve made, and I’m left with a sour taste from the whole ordeal.

Man, let me tell you
Man, let me tell you about the wild ride I had with guns.com. I thought I was all set to add a Canik SFT PRO to my collection. Everything seemed smooth—my offer got the thumbs up, payment went through, and my FFL dealer was ready to roll. I figured I was in the clear. Then, a couple days later, I check back and—boom—my order’s been cancelled. Just like that. No reason, no explanation. I mean, come on, I'm not new to this game. At 67, I've bought my fair share of firearms online. Super frustrating and honestly, pretty disappointing. Can't believe they just left me hanging like that.

I thought I was getting
I thought I was getting a good deal on a gun after making an offer, then got a counter-offer and agreed to it. Paid up, feeling pretty satisfied. But not long after, I got an email saying the gun was already sold. I was like, wait, what? Who’s actually keeping track of these sales? It feels like their system needs some serious work on communication because this isn’t what you’d expect when buying something important. It's frustrating because you invest time and get your hopes up, just to find out it’s all for nothing. Hoping they sort this out to prevent it happening to others.

My Rossi P92 is a beautiful rifle until I saw the deep scratches!
I ordered a Rossi P92, 357 Magnum online from **** on August 17. Received a call, from our FFL, that my gun was available for pick-up August 25. I commented, upon removing rifle from plastic bag, there were numerous deep scratches on the barrel. I purchased a new gun; the shipping box was not damaged. Obviously, bad handling resulted in scratches. Upon closer inspection, the barrel was also loose. I took photos and sent to ****. Called **** August 28. I was told, since I had left the FFL, **** considered it to be a Final Sale, if I wanted to contact **** directly, a number was given to me. Contacted **** August 28. Spoke to ****, who was extremely professional. She said re-bluing the barrel and the stock would be taken care of; please email her the Proof of Purchase with the rifle Serial Number. I again contacted **** August 29, to see if there was anything more needed. **** was very professional. She stated a FedEx Shipping label had been emailed to me. The shipping label was for $40, an expense they paid for. **** will be used in the future – NOT ****.

I bought a used gun from this
I bought a used gun from this company, Guns.com. I'm a nurse and a motorcyclist. The gun I received had issues right from the start. When I shot it, the bullets wouldn't come out properly and it was misfiring. They claim to have an on-site gunsmith, but that didn't seem to help. They made a lot of money in a short time, but it seems like they're not ensuring the safety of the firearms they sell. I had to deal with a lot of hassle just to try to get it sorted out. I wouldn't recommend buying from them. They seem dishonest and unresponsive to customer complaints. Their warranty is minimal and it's difficult to get in touch with them when there's a problem. I've had nothing but trouble with them and I'm warning others not to make the same mistake.

You won't believe the experience
You won't believe the experience I just had with this company. I called up, hoping to get some help, but the guy on the other end just kept saying the same thing over and over like a robot. And when I mentioned I might take my business elsewhere, he just laughed it off like it was some kind of joke. Honestly, it felt like they just didn't care at all. I mean, isn't customer service supposed to be about helping customers and making them feel valued? Instead, I felt ignored and dismissed. It's like they’re not interested in keeping their customers happy. After that, there's no way I’m going back there. Feels like they just want to take your money without giving anything back.

So, I thought I'd try
So, I thought I'd try buying a gun online for the first time and picked guns.com. I ordered a Ruger P89 in January, thinking it'd be a breeze. But turns out, when you buy a used gun there, it’s from a random dealer, not guns.com. So, no one really takes responsibility if things go south. Also, I didn't know I’d have to pay my local shop for the background check. Anyway, they sent the wrong gun—a P95 instead. My local shop was helpful, but guns.com? Not so much. They wouldn't send the right gun until I returned everything, including the magazines. It took ages, loads of calls, and extra charges to sort it out. Not a fan, stick to local shops if you can.

I had quite an experience trying to buy a pistol online. After placing my order and getting charged, I got a surprise email saying they didn't actually have the pistol in stock. Instead of a quick fix, they offered me store credit and mentioned it could take up to two weeks for any resolution. I found myself caught between frustration and disbelief. All I wanted was a straightforward refund back to my card, not some store credit I never asked for. It's just not cool to keep customers waiting like this. If you're thinking about doing business with them, maybe think twice. It's been a real headache, and I'd rather avoid going through such hassle again.

Definitely not a company I’d recommend
I tried to buy a firearm and had a really frustrating experience. After making an offer, I waited a couple of hours for a counter-offer, which I accepted and paid for immediately. I even contacted my local FFL, thinking everything was sorted. But just two hours later, they canceled my order, saying the gun was sold in-person while I was checking out. That seemed fishy to me. To make matters worse, when I tried to cancel another order I placed, they refused, despite it not being shipped yet. The customer service rep was incredibly rude, and the whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth. Definitely not a company I’d recommend dealing with.

Let me tell you
Let me tell you about my recent experience with this company. I got a decent price on a firearm, but everything else was just a mess. Trying to reach customer service is like yelling into a void—nobody picks up the phone and my email's still waiting for a reply. The shipping process was a nightmare, too. They took my money in seconds, but then it felt like they held onto the firearm forever before finally sending it out. Even when it arrived at the local store, it sat there for days because they wouldn’t release it. And their trade-in offers? Let’s just say they’re not worth the effort. I’m probably not coming back.

Thieves and liars
They are thieves and liars. I ordered a rifle for my son for xmas and they have busted the shipping date....almost a week and hasn't shipped out...come to find out they are basically a drop ship company for most of their firearms. Called to cancel they won't cancel. They only seem to have one customer service manager....at least that's what the one I keep talking to says. Won't transfer me higher. I asked if my issue is with you and you continually lying to me what do I do sit on it and take it like a bitch to which he said Yes that's correct. I have now lodged 2 BBB complaints on them. STAY AWY FROM THIS COMPANY

I was looking to buy
I was looking to buy a firearm and noticed the listing didn’t say what came with it. I tried reaching out to get some info, sent an email and left a voicemail, but got nothing back. Then, I called their toll-free number, and boy, was that a wait. I was on hold for 45 minutes, and still, nobody picked up. It’s frustrating when you can’t get a simple question answered, especially when you’re ready to make a purchase. Customer service really dropped the ball here. I ended up giving them just one star because, honestly, if they can’t help with basic inquiries, it makes you wonder about everything else. Total letdown.

I’ve been diving back into
I’ve been diving back into hunting and target sports recently, so naturally, I've been on the hunt for good deals on gear. I thought I’d found a winner with guns.com and went ahead and bought a gun. Everything seemed fine until a week later when they canceled my order, saying they were out of stock. Seriously? If it’s on sale, shouldn’t it be available? I've spent quite a bit on this hobby lately, and it’s frustrating to deal with this kind of hiccup. Thankfully, I’ve found more reliable stores like KYgunco and Sportsman's Warehouse. They’ve got what I need when I need it. I’m sticking with them from now on.

You won't believe what happened
You won't believe what happened with my last purchase. Ordered a rifle and never got it, but they still charged me! Had to return it, but the process was a nightmare. Communication was all over the place, and guess what? The transfer fee was more than the rifle itself. How does that even happen? Customer service was no help either, just made things drag on forever. It’s frustrating to pay for something that never arrived and then get hit with crazy fees. They seriously need to get their act together—clearer info on costs and a much smoother return process would be a start. Right now, it's just a mess.

When I got the rifle,
When I got the rifle, it was totally different from what I ordered. It felt like a bait and switch. They updated the product description after I bought it and shipped it out, which seemed super shady. I knew something was off, so I had taken a screenshot of the original description when I made the purchase. When I reached out to them, they tried to say that the description was always the same. But I had proof, thanks to my screenshot, so they couldn’t deny it any longer. It's really frustrating to deal with this kind of stuff. Just feels like they tried to pull a fast one on me. Not cool at all.

I decided to try selling
I decided to try selling my vintage Colt .38 Detective Special online and thought guns.com would be a good place. When I got their offer, it was way lower than what I expected, like around 25% of what the gun's really worth. I was a bit disappointed because I thought they'd give a fair price for such a classic piece. I mean, it's a vintage Colt, after all! I guess I should've tried somewhere else or maybe checked a few more places before going there. Lesson learned, I suppose. If you're looking to sell something similar, you might want to explore other options first to avoid a lowball offer.

I decided to get a new rifle, thinking it’d be a smooth purchase, but boy was I wrong. The rifle arrived without a magazine, which was frustrating enough. But then came the real kicker: the financing. I got tangled up with Monterey Financial, thinking it was a straightforward deal. Turns out, it’s more like a leasing trap. You end up paying double the rifle’s price. And if you try to settle early, there's no break; you still owe the full amount. It feels like a total scam. I wouldn’t recommend going through them unless you're ready to pay way more than the rifle's worth. It’s just not right.
