I just wanted to share my thoughts on Paula’s class. In one word, she's really impressive. She knows her stuff, she's confident, and she has a lot of experience in PMI and the subject matter. She's got a wide range of experiences from different industries, which she often shared to help clarify things. There were over 40 people in the class, not counting the Gold Standard resources, and she handled it all really well. I'm a university faculty member myself, and I can be pretty picky about presentations and content. But Paula gets top marks from me in both areas. I'm currently going through the process of applying for the exam, so I'll have more to say about how well she prepared me after I've taken it. Thanks, and if I need more training in any of the areas Gold Standard Certifications offers, I'll definitely come back here first!

I found the experience quite disappointing. It seemed more aligned with Project Manager training rather than adequately preparing for the PMP Exam. The course lacked interactivity, with a noticeable absence of regular knowledge checks integrated into the learning material. While the nightly practice tests were beneficial, the absence of interactive knowledge checks within the course itself was a significant drawback. Furthermore, the instructor's acknowledgment of providing more in-depth training than necessary for the PMP Exam raised concerns. The inclusion of templates, more suited for project management than exam preparation, seemed unnecessary. While the course may be beneficial for Project Managers, its effectiveness in preparing for the PMP Exam remains uncertain.

Stefan Merser is one of the best trainers I've ever had. He knows a lot. The content was better than I expected. But, it felt a bit rushed. We often finished early. And when the last slide ended, the meeting was done. Not much time for questions, except on the last day. Still, I'd suggest this training. But if you want more class talk, there might be better choices. But, it's worth the money, I think.

Stephen Mercer is an excellent instructor. He paid attention to the pace of the course, allowing for smaller breaks that helped us stay focused. The materials and tips he provided were very useful for preparing for the PMP exam. In addition to theoretical knowledge, Stephen shared real-life scenarios, which proved to be very helpful. I can confidently recommend this course as money well spent.

A world-class course indeed. My experience involved a world-class professional instructor delivering highly complex material in a way that was understandable and easily digestible, presented in small, manageable pieces. There was ample time for discussion, questions, and clarifications. Without a doubt, this is probably the best course I have ever taken in my 40 years in the workforce.

Overall, the experience was positive. The presentation of information, coupled with insightful examples from an experienced individual, proved beneficial. Some segments moved a bit swiftly, requiring additional self-study. More examples on intricate topics like EVM and Pert would have enhanced comprehension. External searches for supplementary visuals and details were necessary.

If you're getting ready for the PMP exam, you really need to check out GSC's course! Paula, the teacher, really knows her stuff, and everyone in the class was really involved. I picked up a ton of useful information and now I feel much more ready for the test. Plus, the course led to a study group forming, which is awesome for keeping the learning going. Owr trainer, Paula Shafer was great. She demonstrated a deep understanding of the subject matter and effectively communicated complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner. Her real-world examples were valuable in helping me grasp the material more effectively. Overall, I found the training to be very beneficial.
