We’ve made two orders with Marcus from Flashbay and both times it went very well. He is quick to respond and easy to communicate with, always giving clear timelines and updates during the process. He managed all of our logo changes with little guidance, and the design team did a nice job getting the artwork ready - even merging logos and handling lower-quality files. Our last order came sooner than expected, tracking info was correct, and the items looked just as we wanted. Really recommend Marcus and the Flashbay teem!

Very good service. RJ was super nice and really paitent. We changed our ideas a bunch of times for custom swag, and he always sent new mockups and changed the prices with no problem. He even sent us a free sample fast so we could see it before buying. RJ also gave us a call during and after to check how it all went. It’s not easy to find someone real and helpful like that anymore. I would for sure suggest them just for the service, and the stuff looks really good too. Thanks!
