    Thanks!

Hey everyone, wanted to share my experience with FastestVPN. I've been using it for a couple of years and it's alright, pretty much like other average VPNs out there. Recently, I ran into some trouble logging in and changing my password. I found out that the passwords for the Support Center and the Subscription account are different, which no one told me when I first signed up. The support team did explain it eventually, but it was kinda confusing, especially since English isn't my first language. I had to use a translator to get through it. I think it would be super helpful if they added an FAQ section with images and clear links about this issue. It might seem basic to some, but for non-native speakers like me, it's a big help. Anyway, just a suggestion to make things easier for everyone. Thanks!

    I was having a tough

I was having a tough time with FastestVPN – constant slowdowns and annoying disconnections. It was really frustrating. I reached out to their support team, and they suggested I switch to the PRO version. Guess what? That actually did the trick! Speed and connection issues vanished just like that. Everything’s been running smoothly since then. If it keeps up like this, I’d say it’s worth a solid 4 stars. FastestVPN really turned things around for me with their PRO upgrade.

    Terible staff

I've been using Fastest VPN for over three years now, and honestly, it’s not as fast as the name suggests, but it was decent at first. I ended up buying the extra servers for £20, making my total £40. The app has a lot of issues, and its rating is only 2.3 on the Play Store. Today, the kill switch stopped working on my Android box, which I use to access US Netflix. When I contacted support, Adele asked me to take a screenshot, which is impossible on an Android box without a camera. After waiting for 10 minutes, I was told the kill switch isn’t compatible with my system. This has been a recurring issue, and the staff often seem clueless. I’m now switching to PIA VPN. Fastest VPN, please train your staff better and fix these problems.

This app is a mixed bag

Man, this app is a mixed bag. When it's running smoothly, it's pretty decent. But, there are times it just takes ages to connect, which is super frustrating. The worst part? They did an update recently, and my "lifetime" plan suddenly lost some features. I used to have access to P2P servers, but now they’re only on the "pro" version, which costs extra. Feels like I'm getting ripped off after already paying for a lifetime plan. Wish they'd be more upfront about these changes. Not sure if I'll stick around or start looking for alternatives.

    I switched to FastestVPN because

I switched to FastestVPN because my router doesn’t support OpenVPN, and it seemed fine at first on the German server. But then, I noticed some stuttering. I tried the Belgium server, and it worked okay for one day. After that, the connection got really bad. The problem is there's only one server in Belgium, and I'm worried about getting banned in games if I switch to different countries too often. Lately, the connection has been so terrible that I can't even play online anymore. I had to go back to my old VPN provider and use their PC app because FastestVPN keeps loading forever on Windows. As for customer support, they claim to be available 24/7, but I waited over an hour after opening a ticket and got no response. Canceling the subscription was also a hassle; the instructions didn’t match what I saw online. Overall, I would be careful with FastestVPN. The connection is unreliable, and customer support is slow. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Just so fed up with this whole experience

I've had a lifetime plan with this service for years, and it's been a nightmare. I even upgraded to pro, hoping for better performance, but nope, still the same issues. The connections drop constantly, and the kill switch fails, leaving me exposed. Finding a server that actually connects is a challenge, and when it does, the speed is horrendous—think dial-up levels. I've tried different protocols and servers, but TCP is the only somewhat reliable option, and even then, it's slow. Customer service is a joke. They treat me like a newbie, making me repeat steps I've already done. I've wasted hours running speed tests and sending screenshots, all for nothing. I'm only sticking with them because of the lifetime plan; I refuse to do autopay with other services. Just so fed up with this whole experience.

    I got the FastestVPN lifetime

I got the FastestVPN lifetime plan, thinking it was a good deal. It worked fine for the first 10-12 days, but then it started acting up. It only works when I ask for help in their chat, and after a few hours, the connection issues and slow speeds come back. My internet is 450MBPS, but with FastestVPN, I only get 9-10MBPS. They block WireGuard on routers and only allow OpenVPN, which slows everything down. Even basic things like Google search and maps don't work well. I feel like they're monitoring users, so there's no real privacy. When you complain, they just give you the runaround with advice that takes hours to follow. It's super frustrating. Save your money and go for something reliable like Nord or Proton. FastestVPN is a scam, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

    Alright, so let me tell

Alright, so let me tell you about my experience with this lifetime account I picked up for $32. It was like trying to surf the web with a snail – super slow, glitchy, and sometimes I was stuck waiting for six whole seconds just for a page to load! I started to think maybe they were shuffling folks around to better servers until the 31-day refund period was up. I tried reaching out, sent eight emails asking for a refund based on their terms of service, but got zilch in response. If you’ve bought this service, shoot them an email quoting their terms, but be ready for them to ignore you. If nothing happens, go for a chargeback through Paypal or your credit card. Paypal sorted me out quickly. If you haven’t bought it yet, just don’t!

    I’ve been stuck with FastestVPN

I’ve been stuck with FastestVPN for years now and honestly, it’s been a nightmare. Bought a lifetime plan and hoped for smooth sailing, but instead, I got endless dropped connections and unreliable kill switches. Upgraded to pro, thinking it would improve. Nope. Same issues. Finding a server that actually connects is a task, and when it does, the speeds are excruciatingly slow – think dial-up era speeds, kilobits, not even megabits! Customer service is no better. Every time I reach out, they walk me through steps I’ve already tried, wasting hours of my time. They even asked for remote access to my PC. Seriously? FastestVPN is nothing but frustration. Save yourself the trouble and go for a more reliable VPN service.

    I tried out FastestVPN and

I tried out FastestVPN and decided to cancel on the first day because they have a 31-day money-back guarantee. I emailed them asking for confirmation of my cancellation and a refund. But instead of confirming, FastestVPN just asked me which device I was using! I clarified in another email that I didn't need help, just a confirmation and my money back. Then, Bruce Wayne from their support team responded, not with the cancellation confirmation, but with instructions to reinstall their app and change the language settings! In the EU, this is legally fraudulent. If you're looking for a VPN, I'd suggest avoiding FastestVPN due to this shady behavior. Ticket ID #25904.

    I gotta share my recent

I gotta share my recent experience with this service. As a lifetime subscriber, I expected a bit more. Tried connecting through their UK servers using openvpn connect, but kept getting hit with "authentication failed" errors. Thought it was just a one-off glitch, so I switched to France, hoping for better luck. Nope, same issue there. Reached out to support not once, but twice, hoping they'd sort it out. Both times, after a few messages, the support person just vanished, leaving me hanging. I've got screenshots of all this, so it's not just me imagining things. Honestly, it's been pretty frustrating dealing with these issues and not getting the help I need.

    what a disappointment

Tried this service and man, what a disappointment! My internet is 500mbps, but I barely got 25mbps downloads. Couldn't even stream a 4K video smoothly. Asked for a refund within 2 hours, as per their "31 day satisfaction guarantee." They kept giving me the runaround with "try this, try that" until they finally "agreed" to refund me. A week later, no refund. I nagged them again and got the "you'll get it soon" line, then they ghosted me. Two weeks later, still no refund, so I had to open a PayPal case, which they ignored too. Did some digging and found out the owner’s linked to "360 Digi Marketing LTD," a company charged with fraud in 2022. Shady business!

    I had a terrible experience

I had a terrible experience with this company. They took my money and vanished. No communication until I had to dispute the charges with my credit card company. Apparently, they’re connected to other businesses like Emerald Ghostwriting, Barnes Ghostwriting, Dawn Ghostwriting, Texona Marketing, Singularity Group, Craftech Innovations, and Cubeval Inc. Once you pay them, don’t expect to see your money again. They even sent fake invoices to the credit card company, pretending the charges were for something else. If you decide to work with them, make sure everything is in writing and signed. Just be careful and watch out for their tricks.

    I can't believe I wasted

I can't believe I wasted money on this VPN. I got the Lifetime Pro deal thinking it was a steal. But wow, was I wrong. The speeds are all over the place, sometimes a page won't even load. The kill switch? More like a kill-everything switch. It crashes all the time and reconnecting is a headache. The software is full of bugs and barely has any features. I tried it on three different devices, and it’s the same issues everywhere. This thing feels like a beta version, not a finished product. I'm so disappointed, I'm asking for a refund. Even their 30-day money-back guarantee seems unreliable. Save your money, folks.

    So I tried out this

So I tried out this VPN and, honestly, it's not even close to being the fastest. The software is a total mess. I mean, I couldn't even log in on my Windows computer. No issues with Nord or PIA, but this one? Nope. Their Mac client wasn't any better—websites that work fine on other VPNs were just a headache here. And to top it off, I had to turn off my antivirus just to get the Windows client to log in, and even then, it was pretty useless. With Proton, Nord, or PIA, I never had to deal with any of that. This VPN might be cheap, but it’s definitely not worth the hassle.

    I had quite the experience

I had quite the experience with this service, let me tell ya. The support team? Well, calling them inexperienced would be putting it lightly. The apps and extensions for Chrome and Firefox were glitchy beyond belief. I tried sorting things out, but it felt like I was talking to a wall. The live chat was painfully slow, taking half an hour to get any response. And emails? They claimed they didn't even get them, though I was replying directly to ones they sent. It was a real mess. If you're thinking about using their service, I'd think twice. Spare yourself the headache.

    I thought I'd give this

I thought I'd give this software a shot, but it’s been a disaster. First, I emailed them twice for a refund and got zero responses. Then I tried their chat support, and they claimed they had already replied—blaming my email for not receiving their messages. They suggested using a different email, so I did, but still nothing. It feels like they’re stalling to push past the 30-day money-back guarantee. And the software? It looks like it’s stuck in the 90s, slow and full of bugs. Many servers don't even work. Total waste of time and money.

    I tried to get a

I tried to get a refund from this company and never got anything back. They mess around with reviews, probably fake. Contacted their tech support a few times, dealing with C.R., and still got no solution. Their refund policy is a joke – they don’t follow it at all. Paid $40 for a lifetime plan, and it’s way too much for a service that’s completely useless. Honestly, should be free because it’s that bad. Total garbage, wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
