My experience was good 'cause I ordered and then it was on auto-pilot... Never had to check again... No 5 more confirm emails... just done! ezCater showed me the restaurants for a big group, instead of checking them one by one. Niko's Greek had really good food and something new. Got great feedback and people want us to order from them again.

The food quality was satisfactory, yet the catering arrangement was a complete disaster. There was a shortage of tins and burners, leading to a significant mishap. The situation was quite frustrating, resulting in us serving cold pasta. We had to hastily acquire extra burners and resort to using trays to recycle the tins. The overall experience was far from satisfactory.
